What is AutoPay?

Autopay is a registration process in which the user set up a payment instruction with their verified bank accounts. The user authorizes Gulaq to automate the payment/investment at a pre-determined date.

Can I start investing without using the Autopay service?

Investor or user can make a lump sum investment without the need for setting any Autopay service. But in case of a SIP Investment, we highly recommend setting up Auto pay services.

Which bank should I set up the Autopay service?

User can set up the autopay service for any verified bank account on Gulaq.

After setting up the Autopay services, when will the SIP start?

First, your autopay needs to verify and registered with your bank. In case the mandate is submitted through digital mode, then it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for registration. Whereas in the case of the physical submission of the mandate, it can take up to 15 to 45 business days as subject to bank approval.

Why my autopay is not yet approved?

The approval of autopay services takes time. In case of mandates in the form of digital signature, it takes 3-7 business days for registration. Whereas in case of physical signature mandates it takes 15- 45 business days, which are subject to bank approval. We will keep you updated via Email/SMS about the status of your autopay.

What does the Maximum Transaction amount mean?

The maximum transaction amounts are the limit that you have authorized Gulaq to debit from your account per day. On any day, only a given amount will be debited from your account, nothing more than that.

How can I modify the amount limit in my autopay?

User can modify the maximum transaction limit of all autopay mandates apart from the default one. To modify the autopay mandate, make sure to set another autopay as default and process with recent modification.

How one can I delete on Auto pay mandate?

For deleting the AutoPay mandate, please set another autopay as default and proceed with the required deletion.

My Autopay got rejected. What Next?

In case due to any issue, the Autopay gets rejected, then you will receive a communication via SMS/Email with a rejection reason for your Autopay.
