How does Autopay work?

Autopay is a one-time registration process, where you authorize us to automate your payment on the platform.

Your autopay is sent for verification and registration with your bank. After approval from the bank, you can start investing with your bank account.

I have edited SIP, but changes didn’t reflect in the portfolio

Once you made the edit to your SIP schedule, then the changes will be reflected within 7 business days.

I have cancelled a SIP, but the amount is deducted.

Any type of changes made to the SIP will take approximately 7 business days to reflect.

Which payment mode a user can use to make an investment?

A user can pay for their investment via Net Banking and Autopay of their verified bank account.

My Payment successful but Mutual funds are not allocated

It takes more than 2 to 3 business days for allotment of mutual fund units into your account.  After allocation, you will receive a confirmation from Gulaq and AMC at the registered email address.

In case, if the units are not allocated to you even after 2 to 3 business days, then connect with customer care with your transaction id.

My transaction is failed, but money is deducted from my bank account.

In case, if any such incident happens, then payment is automatically reversed immediately and may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your bank account. If this fails to happen then connect with customer care with transaction Id.

My payment failed, but I got the mutual fund units.

In case if you have made a payment through the net banking then the units will not get allocated. If the payment is through the autopay, then, you might receive the notification regarding unit allocation of the scheduled transaction. However, the units will get reversed within 24-48 hours.

I have received no confirmation after making payment for the investment.

The payment confirmation is done instantly, once you made the investment. However, in case, if you are not able to receive the payment after 48 hours, then try to connect with the customer care with the transaction ID.

I am unable to make the payment through the Credit card/ Wallet.

According to the SEBI guidelines, the investment must be made through a properly verified bank account, not through a credit line.
