About Invesco Tax Plan Fund 

Invesco India tax plan fund is an equity fund scheme that was launched by Invesco mutual fund. Later on, it was introduced on 1st Jan 2013 to its investors. Currently, the fund is managed by Dhimant Kothari, and Amit Ganatra. Talking about AUM, it is of INR 988 Cr, and, the latest NAV is INR 60.92 (dated as of 17th Jan 2020). The fund growth is rated moderately high risk. The minimum SIP investment is INR 500.  

Investment Objective 

The objective of the investment is to generate long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio of pre-dominantly equity & equity-related securities.  

Tax Implications 

Up to INR 1.5 lakh will be tax-free under Section 80C. Lock-in-period of 3 years will be there; and, returns will be taxed at 10%.
